Snosh

Snosh is a tool to create Flash files from a wide range of multimedia documents. It supports audio, video, and images.

It has a large number of different compression profiles, which result in different file sizes according your needs.

The video conversion is the feature with the most configurable settings: you can choose the beginning and end of the video, the quality and bitrate, area of the screen to be captured, aspect ratio, etc.

If you want, you can include a control clip in the Flash document, which will contain the start, stop, forward, backward, and pause buttons.

Snosh also supports another interesting feature: overlay, which lets you add a logo or watermark to the resulting Flash file.
